My name is Paola Padovan-Hall, Broker, e-PRO, CAM, and I have been selling luxury Real Estate for over 25 years. My company is Padovan Realty Corp., a family-run, full-service Real Estate firm that we established in 1991.
I make deals happen with Experience, Passion and Integrity.
We have offices in both Key Biscayne and Lake Mary, Florida.

LANGUAGES– I speak fluent English, Spanish, Italian, and basic French and Portuguese. I can usually speak to my clients in their native language which makes for a much more personal experience.
RELOCATION: I specialize in helping people who are new to the area integrate into the community. Not only do I sell or rent them a beautiful property, but I also help with information about schools, doctors, stores and any information that will help them feel at home in the community.
SOCIAL MEDIA– Being very involved with Social Media with over 13,000 followers, I can market the properties to today’s audience.
Because I work in a boutique office, I can offer a highly personalized service. I am very passionate about what we do and give 100% of my time and effort to my profession. I feel it is extremely important to always be present to show my listings in order to gauge the response of potential buyers.

BIOGRAPHY:
Paola Padovan grew up on Key Biscayne, Florida. She went to Ransom-Everglades High School and graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. She sold Real Estate in Manhattan for three years and moved back to Key Biscayne in 1995 to continue running her own Real estate company. In 2008 she fulfilled a dream of working as a mother-daughter team with Susana Hansen. They worked at Ocean Club Realty, where Susana had sold for the Developer, for five years until Susana retired. At that time Paola went back to running her Real Estate company, Padovan Realty Corp, where she is currently the Broker and has expanded to serve both the Miami and Orlando areas!!!
Paola is married to Donnie Hall, Jr. and has two children, Mikey (21) and Carolina (18).
